 Whether you’re looking to build new habits or gain more consistency our ADHD Monthly Review & Planning Workshop workshop is designed to help you take meaningful steps toward your goals in a supportive, action-focused way.

 

  • Focus on Goals: Consistently pause and reflect to ensure you’re on track.
  • Build Habits: Establish the routines and habits you need for long-term success.
  • Productivity Boost: Build momentum, establish consistency, and see real progress. 

    How it Works?

    Lisa will facilitate this action-oriented session utilizing the Pomodoro Technique — work sprints interspersed with breaks for discussion. During the session, you will:

    Reflect on your achievements and challenges from the past month.

    Plan your goals and tasks for the upcoming month.

    Share and gain insights from fellow participants.

     

     

    What You will Get:

    • Monthly Reflection & Planning:  Accountability to pause, reflect, and reset your focus for the upcoming month.
    • Action-Led Structure: Guided by ADHD coach Lisa Kaufman using the pomodoro method, participants will reflect on the last month and plan for the month to come with breaks for discussion in between. 
    • Supportive Group Atmosphere: Join like-minded individuals who understand the unique challenges of ADHD and can help you stay accountable.
    • MindFuel’s Monthly Planning Template: Included for free to help you structure your goals and plans.
