✓ You are aware of your ADHD challenges and want accountability to work on them.

✓ You want support and strategies that will help you balance your work, home and professional goals.

✓ You want a supportive community to help you stick to what you say you want to do with consistency.

How does it work? What can I expect?

The group provides structure for learning and a safe space to feel supported while you work towards creating a balanced work-life routine.

The agenda for each group is a mix of coach led topics, accountability check-ins, and organic group discussions based on common themes that come up during check-ins.

You will be able to stay in-touch with other members during the week through our private slack channel to help one another get started, stay on track and gain momentum.

In a Nutshell:

 Monthly Membership:

✓ (4) 75 minute group coaching sessions.

✓ (1) Monthly Planning Session.

✓ Private slack channel for support and accountability.

✓ Private & Drop-In Power Sessions (Body Doubling to get stuff done!).
