How it Works?

Bring your to-do list, personal or professional, and get ready to tackle the things you have been putting off, all from the comfort of your home.

You are welcome to join with or without your camera on. 

An ADHD coach will guide you using the Pomodoro Technique, working for 25 minutes with a 5-minute break.
