About this group:

Healthy Habits & Work-Life Balance is a group coaching program specifically designed for busy ADHD professionals who seek support, accountability, and practical strategies to thrive.

In this group, you will:

✓ Gain Insight: Explore your professional, wellness, and relationship values. Understand how they align with your goals and discover new strategies to implement them effectively.

✓ Overcome Common ADHD Challenges: Learn about the obstacles ADHD presents when building and sticking to healthy habits, and gain tools to overcome them.

✓ Build and Maintain Momentum: Connect with fellow ADHD professionals who understand your journey. Together, we’ll provide the support and accountability needed to stay on track and reach your full potential.

This Group is for you if: 

 

✓ You identify as an adult with ADHD (no diagnosis required).

✓ You are aware of your ADHD challenges and want accountability to work on them.

✓ You want  to build and/or improve your daily habits to feel better and more balanced.

✓ You want a supportive community to help you stick to what you say you want to do with consistency.

 

How does it work? What can I expect?

The group provides structure for learning and a safe space to feel supported while you work on your professional & wellness goals. 

The agenda for each group is a mix of coach led topics, accountability check-ins, and organic group discussions based on common themes that come up during check-ins.

You will be able to stay in-touch with other members during the week through our private slack channel to help one another get started, stay on track and gain momentum.

In a Nutshell:

 Monthly Membership:

✓ (4) 75 minute group coaching sessions.

✓ (1) Monthly Planning Session.

✓ Private slack channel for support and accountability.

✓ Private & Drop-In Power Sessions (Body Doubling to get stuff done!).
