FAQ'S

Do I have to attend every week?

Most groups are designed for consistent attendance.

The Action Group Series is more flexible so you can drop into one or sign up for a short series.

However, consistency is encouraged to support group connection, rhythm, and momentum.

Showing up regularly helps you get the most out of the experience and builds trust within the group.

Is group coaching the same as group therapy?

No. These groups are not therapy. They are ADHD coaching groups.

They’re coaching-based, goal-oriented, and focused on helping you build momentum and make meaningful progress.

Sessions do not include clinical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care. Participation is not a replacement for therapy.

What if I get anxious meeting new people?

Totally normal! Good news! Within the first few minutes of your first group, you’ll likely feel right at home.  We keep groups small and do our best to make sure you’re placed where you’ll feel a good fit.

What’s the refund or cancellation policy?

This varies depending on the group.

For membership-based groups, your monthly payment secures your spot. There are no refunds, but you’re welcome to cancel before your next billing cycle.

We just ask that you give us a heads-up when possible so we can plan ahead and offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
