How It Works
Bring your to-do list, personal or professional, and get ready to tackle the things you have been putting off, all from the comfort of your home. You are welcome to join with or without your camera on. An ADHD coach will guide you using the Pomodoro Technique, working for 25 minutes with a 5-minute break.

Virtual coworking sessions reap the benefits of the Body Double technique. Everyone feeds off of one another’s positive energy and momentum builds throughout the session. You’ll find yourself starting sooner with longer stretches of attention and a renewed energy to stay on task.
The Pomodoro Technique creates structure, breaking the Power Session into short bursts of focus time. It also sets a time limit for work, which can help prevent hyperfocus on a specific task for too long.
