Is this therapy or coaching?

No. Power Sessions are not therapy or coaching. They are structured virtual co-working sessions focused on accountability, focus, and momentum.

What is a Power Session?

A Power Session is a live, virtual body-doubling session designed to help you focus and get things done. You join a Zoom room, set an intention for what you want to work on, and then work alongside others during structured focus blocks.

What is body doubling?

Body doubling is a simple but powerful productivity strategy where you work in the presence of others. Seeing other people working helps your brain stay anchored, reduces distractions, and increases follow-through — especially for ADHD brains.

What kind of tasks can I work on during a session?

Anything you need focused time for.
Members use Power Sessions for work tasks, planning, writing, studying, admin, organizing, creative projects, and personal to-dos. If it’s something you’ve been avoiding or struggling to start, it belongs here.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

No. Camera use is always optional for standard Power Sessions.
Some people like having cameras on because it boosts momentum and accountability, but you’re welcome to keep yours off. Any sessions that require cameras (like specialty or planning sessions) will be clearly labeled on the calendar.

Will I need to talk or interact with other people?

No.
Most sessions are quiet and focused. You may be invited to type a goal in the chat at the start, but speaking or interacting is never required.

I feel a little nervous logging in — what should I expect?

That’s very normal.
You’ll enter a calm, structured Zoom room where everyone is there for the same reason: to get things done. There’s no pressure to perform, share, or be “on.” You simply show up, camera off, work quietly, and log off when the session ends.

How do I access sessions after I join?

After you join, you’ll receive access to the live session schedule and Zoom links. You can drop into any session that works for your schedule.
